The diagnosis for Jez is Idiopathic Geriatric Vestibular Disease. Otherwise known as "she's old and we don't exactly know". She may get better, most dogs do. She may not. It all depends on what the underlying cause is. In the meantime, she is walking around like she is drunk the poor dear.
